Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum, no surcharges, no surprise fees at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, anywhere in the world. This is the end-to-end window covering processing plus carrier transit.

Processing

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't see movement on tracking for several business days, email hi@marblesjewelry.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Customs & duties

International orders may incur customs duties or import VAT on arrival, set by the destination country's customs authority. These are not collected at checkout. Marbles is not responsible for additional fees levied at the destination.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages where tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't with you, please first check with neighbours, mailroom, and household — then write to hi@marblesjewelry.com.
